New product development

The New Product R&D Center adheres to the integration of fundamental research, applied research, and industrialization research, and forms independent intellectual property rights. The overall goal of the technology center is to "base on existing fields, target strategic emerging industries, and upgrade the technology of high-end precision, high-speed, and special working condition ball bearings in China". In recent years, the center has successfully developed technologies such as design, ultra high speed, and ultra long lifespan. This has achieved a series of significant research results in challenging traditional bearing technology and other aspects. At present, the center independently develops over 50 new bearing products every year. The center is vigorously promoting the application of new technologies, materials, and processes, digesting and absorbing imported equipment technology, while independently developing, designing, and manufacturing specialized equipment for ball bearings, providing a solid foundation and guarantee for product quality and upgrading. Now the center has formed a complete set of research and development methods including testing, experimentation, analysis, and research, providing reliable experimental analysis and technical data for product development and research.
