FAQ

What types of furnaces does Shanghai Yinsu Technology produce and sell?

We design and manufacture high-temperature thermal processing equipment, including: box-type high-temperature furnaces, vacuum/atmosphere box furnaces, tube vacuum/atmosphere furnaces, high-temperature vacuum furnaces (tungsten mesh/graphite), vacuum hot-pressing furnaces, gas pressure sintering furnaces; advanced ceramic equipment (HTCC/MLCC/AlN substrate debinding & sintering furnaces, ceramic metallization furnaces); additive manufacturing (3D printing) heat treatment furnaces (for dental, medical implants, aerospace parts); metal heat treatment equipment (vacuum annealing, bright brazing, diffusion bonding); MIM/binder jetting debinding & sintering integrated furnaces; rotary furnaces for new energy materials, etc.

What is the maximum temperature achievable?

Depending on the model, max temperature can reach up to 2400℃ (e.g., tungsten mesh vacuum furnace). Typical ranges: box furnaces 1200℃–2000℃, HTCC/MLCC furnaces 1700℃/1500℃, AlN substrate furnaces up to 2400℃, 3D printing annealing furnaces 1300℃–1400℃.

Can the furnaces support both vacuum and atmosphere sintering?

Yes. Most of our furnaces support high vacuum (down to 10⁻⁴ Pa or even 10⁻⁵~10⁻⁶ Pa) and various protective atmospheres (N₂, Ar, H₂, N₂-H₂ mixtures). Some models also feature vacuum debinding and partial-pressure debinding modes, with multi-channel laminar flow gas systems.

What are the key advantages of HTCC/MLCC debinding & sintering furnaces?

a)Integrated debinding & sintering – eliminates workpiece transfer and contamination.

b)Lift-type structure for easy batch loading/unloading.

c)High-purity alumina fiber/hollow ball brick chamber – excellent thermal efficiency.

d)Mo-La alloy or MoSi₂ heating elements, uniform temperature field, ±1℃ control accuracy.

e)Designed for HTCC, MLCC, ceramic metallization and other electronic ceramic processes.

Can your equipment be used for post-processing of 3D printed metal parts?

Absolutely. We have developed a series of high-vacuum annealing furnaces for SLM/SLS 3D printing, covering dental (CoCr, Ti6Al4V), medical implants (Ti alloys, CoCrMo), aerospace components (Ti alloys, superalloys), as well as industrial tool steel and aluminum alloys. They effectively eliminate residual stress, prevent oxidation, and improve mechanical properties.

Do you offer custom-designed furnaces?

Yes. Our experienced R&D team provides non-standard customization based on specific process requirements, chamber size, temperature range, atmosphere conditions, and production capacity. We also collaborate with university labs in Nantong and Huzhou for process development and sample testing.

What is the temperature control accuracy and uniformity?

All furnaces use PID intelligent control with accuracy of ±1℃. Multi-zone independent temperature control and optimized heater arrangement ensure excellent temperature uniformity (e.g., high-temperature vacuum furnace achieves ±3–5℃).

How do your debinding & sintering furnaces ensure complete binder removal?

We employ dual debinding modes (vacuum + partial pressure) combined with a multi-channel laminar flow gas system, ensuring uniform removal of binder decomposition gases and preventing local carbon residue or cracking. This is ideal for MIM, HTCC, AlN substrates, and other processes demanding high cleanliness.

What after-sales services do you provide?

We provide installation & commissioning, operator training, process support, preventive maintenance, and rapid fault response. With offices in Shanghai and lab/research bases in Nantong and Huzhou, we also assist customers with sample testing and process development.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard models: 30–60 days. Customized models: approximately 60–90 days depending on complexity. Please contact our sales team for specific cases.

How can I get a selection recommendation or technical proposal?
